Se colocan delante del  verbo principal.

Ej. I never eat chocolate.

         She always visits her grandparents.

         They hardly ever do gymnastics.

  Para hacer preguntas y responder sobre la frecuencia con la que hacemos algo lo hacemos así:

How often do you listen to music?

I always listen to music.
